More
than ever before the roles of plant and facilities maintenance
management professionals involve diverse issues and concerns as
organizations work diligently to improve profit margins and grow their
market shares. As more plant and facilities maintenance professionals
assume leadership roles in these activities, they find they must clearly
demonstrate their expertise. The CPMM credential is designed to validate
that you, as a certified individual, possess the professional expertise
and knowledge required to successfully perform plant and facilities
maintenance management activities. Becoming a Certified Plant
Maintenance Manager will leave no doubts about your ability to manage a
profitable maintenance organization. This presentation is 12 minutes.

Volunteer
Leaders- You are Special!
"The problem with this world is that too many people try to
go through life with a catcher's mitt on both hands."
-Yogi Berra
Volunteers Leaders are special! We always thought that but now
studies prove it. As opposed to taking more they say let's give
more.
While they are becoming more selfless they are advancing
themselves further as well. Studies prove that volunteer leaders
enhance their communication and time management skills that make
them more effective at work and home. As we all are learning--old
style- Command and Control Management does not work in today's
business environment nor with today's kids.
Volunteer leaders in Associations are more valuable to their
employers because they can persuade and not just demand. They are
also more effective parents.
During Facilities America Attend AFE Leadership Workshop. This
will not be just a Workshop but also a THANK YOU event! You will
be able to learn how to further you can advance your career, your
family and AFE simultaneously. You can learn and perhaps share
your AFE Success Stories during this workshop. To show our
appreciation for all your hard work as volunteer- all attendees of
this workshop will receive a special "FUN PASS" while in
New Orleans. Call me for details see below.
Thanks again for all the services, time and resources you provide
AFE. However, we are not done until we are having FUN! Please come
join us in New Orleans!
Best Wishes to you and your chapters as we strive to boost results
with more activity!.
Onward and Upward!
- Joel Leonard VP Membership AFE
PS- Hope to see you and your volunteer colleagues inducted into
