Chuck's
Corner
Our
Members Forum:
Chuck Mueller (CPMM),
is AFE St. Louis Chapter Treasurer and your host in this forum. "We
wanted to do our discussion forum a little different than the others you
may find on the internet. This is a Members Only, online tool to get
your questions answered without getting on a mail list or having to wait
weeks for your reply. Please submit a question, and myself and/or other
members will give you an answer.
To make this
work, we ask that all members take part in this forum, by responding to
the emailed questions as soon as possible. With a little humor and the
collective knowledge of our chapter, we all will grow and have fun doing
it. Thanks Chuck
This is a
call for job leads to help one of our own members. We can show our
members and the community we are there for them, in their time of need.
Let's add yet
another AFE success story to our legacy. We have beefed up our career
resource area in an effort to help. Please
email any St. Louis Facility Engineering job leads to

AFE St.
Louis
Our theme in this March issue of the AFE St.
Louis Newsletter is ...
-Members helping
Members -
We start this
month with good news. Our fellow member Mike Pentecost is no longer
unemployed! As you know, last month we beefed up our "Career"
area in respond to Mike being a victim of employee cutbacks.
Mike wants to
send a special thanks to all those members (both local and
internationally) who helped him out in his career search. This months
meeting will be his last in St. Louis, as his new position will take him
to Chapter 159 in Virginia. Let's give him a worm send off.
This month we
have two future members who are also looking for a new employer. Please
email the webmaster or contact one of our members if you have any job
leads for a very qualified Facility Manager or Construction Engineer.
Thanks to all
those members who are pulling their resources to help our fellow
facility engineers with job leads.
Also in line
with this month's theme, "Members helping Members", we role
out our new discussion area "Chuck's Corner".
We had our
largest turnout ever at February's meeting with the FBI. We networked
with several future members of AFE who where eager to help out our
members with hot tips like ... HeatingHelp.com
and free advice from CMMS
consultants.
